5 Steps to Relaxation Using Your Breath
1) Consciously slow your breathing down.
2) Synchronize your breath with the movement of the lotus flower.
3) Begin with the small lotus. Inhale to the count of 5. Exhale.
4) Pace inhale and exhale as you watch lotus with a soft gaze.
5) Gently close your eyes; continue to breath allowing all thoughts or concerns to suspend for the next few moments. Stay like this until you are ready to open your eyes.
