Behavioral Health Pathway

Behavioral Health Pathway

Behavioral Health is the behaviors that sustain life.

Beliefs, practices, habits that impact our relationships, ability to live purposefully, fun or recreation, financial wellbeing, spirituality.

Taking care of our behavioral health is as important as taking care of our physical health, but more often than not it is overlooked.

Because behavioral health is so unconsciously intermingled with life we can often neglect taking a look at it at all.

There are key life areas in which our behavioral health can be impacted.

~ Career/Life purpose/School
~ Relationships with friends & family/significant other
~ Financial Well Being
~ Fun and Recreation
~ Health and Fitness
~ Spirituality or Personal Development
